"There isn't higher praise we can offer for Kara Austin and the Shred the Gnar Wakeboarding program. Our son began shredding with Kara years ago and we have enjoyed watching him grow and excel in a sport that he loves.  Kara is incredibly patient with her students - ensuring their safety first and subsequently their success.  Kara sets up her students to achieve, whether it is first simply "getting up" or accomplishing a new trick, all of which helps build their confidence.  We have found Shred the Gnar to be a place where our son establishes goals and challenges himself to be better each time.  These are life skills he takes in other aspects of his life. Kara genuinely cares about her students while in the boat and out and always provides a positive environment. We are very grateful to Kara and Shred the Gnar and look forward to shredding all summer long!!"
