Shred the Gnar offers unforgettable watersport adventures across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia! Whether you’re wakeboarding, wake surfing, foiling, tubing or just cruising, our USCG-certified captains make it safe, fun, and tailored to your skill level – from first timers to advanced riders mastering spins and inverts. We welcome all ages and offer hourly charters and lessons from our fleet of four top-of-the-line Nautique G23 boats or yours. 

 

During lessons, our coaches use two-way headset communication, so we can talk to you in real time while you ride, giving instant feedback to perfect your technique and build confidence faster.

 

Private charters are fully customizable – perfect for birthday celebrations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, work outings, or simply a fun day on the water with friends and family! Our kids’ camps take place on an island with inflatables, paddleboards, and games. Kids will be taught the fundamentals of wakeboarding and wake surfing through hands-on coaching and real-time headset instruction. 

 

Need to borrow gear? Shred the Gnar rents paddleboards, wakeboards, surf boards, foils, tubes, and ropes daily. 

 

Location is not a problem! We can come to your favorite stretch of water – hire a coach to come spend the day or weekend with you!
